Ape together strong 🐒. This is a guide on how to manage your SARE homies

Pre-first meeting logistics

  1. Get in a group chat with everyone (usually Messenger)
  2. Arrange some virtual platform (Meet, Zoom, Teams)
  3. Arrange a time to meet (Weekdays, biweekly recommended)

First meeting agenda

  1. Introduce yourselves
  2. Be Bold. Share as much of your financial information you’re comfortable sharing, it sets the tone for future meetings and lets you and everyone in the pod understand everyone’s circumstances better. Tell everyone what your end-goal in life is (no matter how impossible it sounds). How does real estate help you get there?
  3. Set a charter timeline - Set a timeline for this group to achieve their goals. 1 quarter, 2 quarters, etc. Have your group decide how long you want to do this for. You can always renew your group, but having an anchor for timeline is helpful.
  4. Set goals. Break down your end-goal into manageable bite-sized chunks. Where do you want to be in 5 years? What can you do in the next year? Use this to set up quarterly rocks and use those to set up weekly check-in goals. Try to make SMART Goals:
  5. Make a copy of this goal tracker
  6. Fill out goals before meeting each time
  7. Agree on a penalty for missing meeting. I recommend $100/missed meeting without 24 hours notice.
