Closing and Job Role Checklist
You have the sole responsibility of satisfying customers and this is your number one priority. If management makes a decision or requests you do something that will impact customer experience negatively, we openly welcome you to push back and give critiques.
You should be knowledgeable and be guiding our guests. You should not be telling the guests, “Everything is good.” Have an opinion.
Greet the guests within a minute after being sat at a clean table. If you were triple sat, warn them it’ll be a while and they can look at the buffet first.
For tables of 5+, please let them know the gratuity is automatically included.
Take drink orders, bring water only if requested and make sure they have the necessary plates/utensils. Frozen lychee marg is our most popular.
