πΉ Shift Duties
Opening Setup
- Set up three-compartment sink:
- Left sink: Wash (soapy water)
- Middle sink: Rinse (empty)
- Soda nozzle drain (black tube) should lead to this sink
- Right sink: Sanitizing
- Sanitizer is located under the table next to the dishwasher
- Empty drip tray at beginning and end of shift
During Service
- Monitor bar inventory levels
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Process drink orders efficiently
- Assist servers with drink questions
- Regular bar mat and surface wiping
