Keypad

This is a bare minimum requirement. This allows you not to be at the site. Ideally it’s one that lights up at night or else your older tenants might complain. It also allows you to tell when a cleaner has come in vs contractor vs guest vs etc.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Nice, but honestly defeats the purpose of being able to access it remotely. This will be good for your guest/tenant who loses their key often but you won’t be able to remotely change the code or unlock the door
