Jin's journey from rural China, where she left school to immerse herself in the family restaurant, instilled in us a deep respect for authentic, farm-to-table cuisine. It's this commitment to quality and tradition that drives us to handcraft our soups from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients.

We're a family-owned business looking to extend the comfort and joy of home-cooked hot pot to this beloved city, inviting you to savor the love and warmth in every bite.
