We're dedicated to serving you with genuine care and fresh flavors every day. Owned and operated by Jin and her sons, Nelson and Nick, we take pride in serving our community with dishes made from scratch using the freshest ingredients available.

Jin's journey from rural China, where she left school to immerse herself in the family restaurant, instilled in us a deep respect for authentic, farm-to-table cuisine. It's this commitment to quality and tradition that drives us to handcraft our soups from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients. We’re a family owned business looking to extend the comfort and joy of home-cooked hot pot to this beloved city, inviting you to savor the love and warmth in every bite.

We know the restaurant industry isn’t known for longevity, and in fact we don’t expect y’all to stay forever. But in our short time together, let’s do the best we can and look out for each other.
